I can’t say enough about Steve and Adam. I felt completely at ease with them. They did a great job, let me know what they were doing every step of the way, and fixed even more when they found issues (which are always there) and honored the original contract. I will definitely hire them again in the future.

Comments: I worked with Steven and Adam from Guardian R&R and my experience was unequivocally exceptional. Guardian makes sure that the job is done right the first time, every time. They keep the customer engaged every step of the way and involved in the process. They’re willing to do what it takes to make the customer happy. In my case, I contacted Guardian to take over home restoration needed after a burst pipe in the late winter of 2021. The damage was EXTENSIVE. The water abatement company left A LOT of material in place that should have been removed which was 100% saturated (including drywall) and those materials became mold growth sources. Guardian not only removed all the material that the previous contractor failed to remove, but they sprayed mold preventative through the entire basement after removal of the material. Unfortunately my insurance company’s preferred restoration contractor was essentially completely unresponsive and the restoration process came to a complete stand still for about 7 mont. On the advice of my insurance representative I contacted other restoration contractors. Guardian was the top choice and they completely exceeded all my expectations. They took a process that I was afraid would never get completed and finished it in just a few weeks. Guardian was incredibly helpful in working with the insurance claims adjuster and they were able to make sure that I was able to get everything I was entitled to for restoration of the home. The professionals with Guardian are incredibly detail oriented. Since my basement was under about two feet of standing water, Guardian was able to get a new high efficiency furnace, a new water heater, and new washer and dryer. Guardian completely transformed my house and made it in to a home. Guardian worked with me to make sure that the project was completed the way I wanted. I can honestly say that if you don’t hire Guardian for your next project that you’re doing yourself a disservice. If you hire Guardian, you’ll never regret the decision!
